St. Alban’s Bay & Excelsior Bay Marinas
Walking distance from Excelsior's many restaurants, and just minutes away from Big Island and Wayzata by boat.
DOCKS: Choose between two unique dock locations, Excelsior Bay and St. Albans Bay. Both share parking and other facilities, and are across the boulevard from each other. Our new docks are sturdier, wider and built for your safety. Our slips can accommodate a variety of boats, ranging from 27 to 60 feet.
HOT SPOTS: You'll be close to all the popular destinations, both on and off the lake. We're walking distance from Excelsior's many restaurants and summer events, as well as the trail system — a favorite of hikers and bicyclists everywhere.
AMENITIES: Dock customers enjoy a variety of extras, from gated and paved parking to gas discounts at Tonka Bay Marina and free wi-fi.
Excelsior Bay Docks
Close to the public pick-up dock, our Excelsior Bay location has 24 slips for larger boats and cabin cruisers up to 60 feet long, two slips for 38 footers, and two slips for 27 footers. The docks are solidly built and well maintained, with easy access to water and electricity. And the pedestal lights are positioned to help keep bugs away during the hot summer months. There's no better place to watch a sunset than the western-facing docks of Excelsior Bay.
St. Albans Bay Docks
Built in 2009, our docks are the best on the lake. The well-lit walkway is wider and sturdier, with solid wood pilings that make it easier and safer to secure your boat. 90 spacious slips can accommodate boats up to 36 feet long. And the slips are wider so you'll have more room to maneuver. The unique shelter of St. Albans Bay creates a quiet setting protected from wind, waves and wake. Restrooms, electric, water, free Wi-Fi and gated and paved parking are all included.
Safe, convenient gated parking and the on-site MarineMax Store, free wi-fi aren't the only extras you'll enjoy at our scenic Excelsior location. It's the perfect location for enjoying the company of family and friends, even when you're done boating. You can unfold some lawn chairs to watch a golden sunset over the lake, hit the adjacent Regional Trail for a little more exercise or head to dinner at a nearby award-winning restaurant like Lagos Tacos. All the creature comforts you need and the best of Mother Nature is right here.
