Boat Storage

Tonka Bay Marina has complete facilities for year-round, indoor storage for boats of all sizes. Unlike some marinas that provide only outdoor racks that expose your boat to harmful sun, rain and hail, our summer indoor dry summer storage structures are inside protective shelters. All you need to do is call and tell us when you will be boating. Your boat will be in the water when you arrive.

Over 350 units are available for on-site winter storage at our 33,000-sq. ft. Tonka Bay facility. Off-site facilities boast over 140,000-sq. ft. of additional space, making Tonka Bay Marina one of the largest indoor, paved and secured storage facilities in the region.

Dockage

Located on the shores of lower Lake Minnetonka, at 2 locations. Over 7-acres of waterfront, with the main marina on Tonka Bay and additional docks on Excelsior Bay.

Tonka Bay Marina can accommodate everything from small runabouts to 70 ft. cabin cruisers. Our slips and indoor dry summer storage facilities give us the capacity to handle over 220 boats during the boating season.

Our docks are in excellent condition. Over the years, we've learned what works best on the docks and have paid attention to all of the details.

All slips have easy access to water and electricity, and are well lit, with low-positioned lights to help keep the bugs off your boat during the summer months.

Summer dockage customers also get use of the Clubhouse and receive a discount at the gas dock. Just more of the many perks only Tonka Bay Marina has to offer.
