We are providing this clubhouse facility as an added benefit to docking at Tonka Bay Marina. Our vision of the facility is to provide a clean, safe, quiet and relaxing area to gather, eat, shower or meet other customers. It is not intended for large gatherings such as company parties, wedding receptions, etc. We want each and every customer to feel comfortable using the clubhouse. Since we are in a residential area and a private residence shares the clubhouse building, and because we have many customers who refuge here in the evenings, we ask that you respect our quiet hours of 9:00 p.m.- 9:00 a.m. We will not allow any gatherings during those hours.
The clubhouse is a designated nonsmoking area.
Gatherings of more than 8 people (including children) are not allowed in the clubhouse facility. Please schedule with Skipp or Angie to prevent overcrowding. This does not give you exclusive use of the facility.
It is the responsibility of the key holder to make sure the clubhouse is left in a clean and orderly condition. This includes cleaning up the kitchen; wiping off countertops, oven and stove; wiping bathroom countertop; and arranging furniture in original position. Please be courteous to the next person to use the facility.
No unattended children under 14 years of age are allowed in the clubhouse.
All customers are responsible for their own actions as well as that of their children and guests. No one's activity should inhibit other customers' ability to enjoy the clubhouse and surrounding area.
Any miscellaneous articles, including food, that are left more than 2 days will be disposed of.
Dogs are welcome on the premises. Please keep them leashed and be sure to clean up after them. Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse.
Any damage incurred to the clubhouse will be the responsibility of the key holder and any repair will be charged to your account. It is not the responsibility of Tonka Bay Marina to pursue damages from our customers' guests.
Security is very important to us, so please do not block the door open or let anyone in the facility who does not have a key. This is a private facility and it is not to be used by the general public (e.g., people from the beach and boaters pulling up to find a restroom). There is a public restroom next to the service department.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m.- 9:00 a.m. Please respect the surrounding neighborhood and those customers who wish for peace and quiet in the evening hours.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in revoking Lessee's use of clubhouse as stated in section 3 on Marina Lease Agreement.
